I am a counselor and a behavior analyst. I combine counseling with applied behavior analysis techniques. While counseling provides new perspectives, personal growth, and self-awareness, behavior therapy can identify and change behavior patterns, and even thinking patterns. These combined therapies can be very effective for meaningful change that lasts.

I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and work with both adults and adolescents and a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional.
